BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking payment: 50% of booking amount will be paid at least 30 days before arrival day and 50% remaining can be paid on arrival day.

Deposit 500€: Deposit amount can be paid on arrival day and will be retained to cover possible damages that may occur during the stay and will be refunded after departure of the clients within a maximum period of 7 days, once it has been verified that there are no damage to the facilities. (usually it is refunded within 48 hours if everything is correct)

Cancellation Policy: Cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The amount paid in advance will be refunded, deducting 2% for management and refund bank cost.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Leaving the apartment before the scheduled day will not give the right to a refund of the days not stayed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (apartment)
- PETS NOT allowed.
- SMOKING and drugs comsume is NOT allowed inside apartment - (only allowed in terraces and prevent smoke entering home)
- NO parties or celebrations are allowed.
- Between 11 at night and 9 in the morning silence must be maintained in the house and on the terraces.
- It is NOT allowed to spend the night with more people than those stipulated in the contract without prior notice and acceptance by the property.
- The facilities must be used properly and with care (tables, televisions, furniture, electrical appliances,... Any breakage or damage will be deducted from the deposit withheld on account.
- Children: We love children, but it is the responsibility of adults to take care of their behavior: Avoid ball games in the house, jumping on beds and armchairs, painting walls or facilities, not eating on the sofa,…
The breach of the rules indicated above may cause the total or partial loss of the deposit given on account, as well as may lead to immediate expulsion from the apartment.
