Fully equipped apartments with 1 to 3 bedrooms, accommodating from 1 to 6 guests. Fabulous location, within walking distance of local small supermarket and several very good beachfront restaurants & small bars. The swimming cove was within 10 steps of the front gate

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:30 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

    You can also book an Early Check in or a Late Check out (both upon availability, ask us for prices)

  • how do i get access to the apartment?

    We will meet at your arrival time. If it is not possible, we will send instructions to access the apartment. (You do not have to go to another place to collect the keys)

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    Sunset Waves and Altea Cap Negret has a private parking space available. Ask for prices.

    Altea Seafront does not have private parking, but it is possible to park for free near apartment

  • How far are the properties from the nearest beach?

    Altea SeaFront is located just in the very firs front the Cap Negret beach. 

    Altea Cap Negret just 25 meters from Cap Negret beach. 

    Sunset Waves is 150 meters far from Benidorm Poniente beach. 

  • Deposit. What is it for?

    The deposit is used to replace possible damage to the flat facilities (broken sheets, towels, crockery, coffee machine, TV, .... ).

    As a reference, here are some of the most frequent situations in which a part of the deposit may be withheld:


    - Loss of keys (A new copy must be made).

    - Opening of the door due to forgetting the keys inside the flat.

    - Opening of the door due to forgetting the keys inside the flat (with the key inserted in the lock, a locksmith must be called).

    - Breakages in installations (electrical appliances, furniture, coffee machine, microwave, Wifi router, decoration, crockery, sheets, towels,...).

    - Replacement of linen: If towels, sheets, pillows, pillowcases, cushions, blankets,... are missing.

    - Loss or breakage of remote controls (TV, air conditioning, fans,...).

    - Stains on sheets or towels that require special cleaning (lipstick stains, make-up remover products, blood, bleach,...).

    - Services used by guests and which occasionally have not been paid for: late check out, transfer, parking,...

    - Any other damage or breakage that needs to be repaired.

  • When is the deposit refunded?

    Once the apartment has been cleaned and checked, after verifying that all the installations are in order.

     In most cases, in 24h the return has been made.

  • Can I pay the deposit in cash?

    YES, you can pay the deposit in cash, but it will NOT be returned in cash as the refund is made after the departure of the guests and once the flat has been checked and cleaned. The refund will be made by credit card, bank transfer,…

  • Pets are allowed?

    Pets are not allowed in our apartments.
